Opportunities to Connect
The Actuarial Development Institute has been designing and running actuarial career fairs for years. Our goal for these events is to serve as local company liaisons while connecting them with top actuarial students from around the nation. This approach has created growth in the candidate pools for companies that attend.

Staffing
At ADI, we are founded and run by actuaries and future actuaries. Our years long relationship with actuaries entering the profession have allowed us to build a large, proprietary network of actuarial talent. We have years of internal and external actuarial recruitment experience we can bring to our partner companies to help them better identify and place actuarial talent in their internal roles.
We use a three-pronged approach, a headhunting team that activates passive talent from other companies, a candidate database, and a referral network.
Our services include closing candidates, coordinating interviews, post-placement care, and anything else the internal team may need. This could be compensation reports, market insights, or consulting on interview processes.
