Construction Details:

Base dress bought when out thrifting! It's almost a miko style Lugia...

Waist sash:
Simple, obi belt with blue sparkle organza (?) pleated at the top. I put sewed some pearls in it to add weight and for pretty-ness. Easy peasy design. Also, there is a fake satin ribbon at the back.

Sleeves:
Bed sheets! Simple patterns and the bottom has scallops. The top is held up by two ribbons around my neck and tied at the top of the sleeves.

Scarf:
It's a square. With a button hole on one corner. SUPER EASY!

Headdress:
Headband with layers of chiffon. The blue 'wing' type things are paper and cardboard with fabric blued on the outside. Easy Peasy.

Personal Thoughts:

got bored.
Annnndddd my other two friends were originally planning pokemon cosplays for Izumi (one changed tho) and I didn't want to be left out! Haha...
