This work presents the necessity of creating an innovative Laboratory Management Information System for the inventory and deletion of materials and equipment of the laboratory facilities of the Laboratory Center. Laboratory Centers are run by educational staff, vocational high school students and a vast array of equipment distributed in the specialized training workshops owned by the Center. The need to investigate the creation of a structured Information System adapted to the requirements of a Laboratory Center results from the lack of any such system from the existing administrative structure of the Laboratory Centers of the country, resulting in the handwritten or even partially electronic inventory and deletion of materials and equipment with differencesamong Laboratory Centers modes.
