The length of the Sukabumi South Ring Road that years 2020 has been built is 19 km. This road section is designed to break down congestion in downtown Sukabumi and flatten development in the hinterland / suburban area of Sukabumi. There are 2 (two) data analysis methods used in this research.The first analysis method is qualitative analysis, which is a form of analysis that is not based on mathematical relationships such as analyzing land use changes with GIS analysis (Geographic Information Systems), then analyzing the level of road services to determine the volume. traffic flow. The results obtained for land changes from 2005-2010 in Segments 1 and 2, the dominant changes occurred in additional settlements of 9.85 Ha (1.41%), and in Segment 2, changes in the addition of shrubs covering an area of 13.37 Ha (6, 22%) and in paddy fields there was a reduction of 16.10 Ha (7.49%). And in 2010-2015 in Segments 1 and 2 changes in trade and service land which increased by 14.39 Ha (2.06%) and for reduction in rice fields covering an area of 13.21 Ha (1.89%), Segment 2 changes land for trade and services that has increased an area of 14.39 Ha (2.06%) and a reduction in residential land area of 6.07 Ha (2.83%), for the level of
road service based on the results of traffic counting carried out on Tuesday, which is - The densest average
is in Segment 2 of 4,174 vehicles / hour or around 2,779 pcu / hour and on Sundays the densest average of
vehicles occurs in Segment 2 of 4,477 vehicles / hour or around 2,482 pcu / hour, based on the average
velocity in the southern circumference, the slowest occurs in Segment 1 with average speed of 40 Km /
hour, based on the actual capacity on the South Ring Line the smallest occurs in Segment 1 with an actual
capacity of 2,125 pcu / hour.
