As per Current Market, PHP is a widely-used, open source scripting language which support different framework with advance functionality. So it is necessary to identify the best framework for our system or application. This paper will help you to find the best framework for your application. In this paper we also include the advantage and disadvantage of each framework.

"Application Program Interface (API) widely used for the programmers. It helps programmers to focus on their programming rather than the other features. API provides the facility to programmer for use the ""Predefined Code"". Among them one type of API provides by the google that is chart API. Chart API is used to generate the chart from the data which are available on our database. Sometimes it would be very hard to develop such type of another system. Conventionally, in schools and colleges, attendance is taken by the teacher by calling students names or roll numbers, mark his or hers presence or absence in the attendance register. Later attendance is fed into a computer and the attendance percentage is calculated using software in offline mode. This method is time consuming and also requires more man power. In this project, a portable Biometric based Attendance Registration and Consolidation System (BARCS) using Raspberry Pi3 and Amazon Web Server is developed. This handheld biometric attendance registration device can be carried by the teacher to the classroom to register the student's attendance of a particular session through circulation among students. At the end of a session, attendance data gets stored in a database in the Raspberry Pi computer. Then, Pi computes the subject wise attendance percentage and sends it to the Amazon web server for uploading on the developed webpage. The user can view the subject wise attendance by accessing the webpage. Also an SMS is sent to the students mobile when their attendance gets registered. The developed system is intended for programmes wherein students have to meet the minimum attendance requirements in each subject of the programme in a particular semester/year.

"Databases are powerful data storage and manipulation facilities which can be used to organize and optimize workload. The large amounts of data that they manage make them complex entities which demand a rigorous yet flexible approach to its
design and implementation. Universities make use of databases to manage and optimize information flow. This project designed functions specifically for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of the West Indies. Such
functions included managing lecturing staff research interests, scheduled times, and assigned courses. Administrative staff users were given functions to search listings and assign courses to both lecturing staff and special groups.

Each function intended to provide easy access to information from which users could manage schedules, organize data, and manage time better. This was aided by the reminder and email generation functions which generated files which could be imported into the standard departmental email, Outlook. The database was implemented using an SQL database server and an Apache web server. Functions were performed using PHP scripts and the user interacted with a user-friendly interface with a navigational menu. The final system performed well especially in error detection and speed of displayed results."

Abstrak Object Oriented Programming adalah teknik penulisan kode program yang berorientasi ke objek. Object Oriented Programming sangat memungkinkan untuk diimplementasikan dengan berbagai bahasa pemrograman, karena umumnya bahasa pemrograman sudah mendukung fitur-fitur yang ada didalam teknik pemrograman ini. Penggunaan teknik ini didalam pembuatan perangkat lunak sudah banyak digunakan, dapat kita lihat dari berbagai framework seperti YII, Zend Framework dan lainnya. Adapun masalah peran dari para programmer adalah (1) Pemahaman terhadap OOPnya. (2) Tidak adanya kewajiban untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan teknik ini. (3) kecepatan dalam pengembangan dan banyaknya jumlah kode yang harus di tuliskan menyebabkan rasa malas untuk mengembangkan. Penggunaan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL merupakan pemilihan yang tepat karena akan dapat mengimplementasikan konsep client-server dan OOP.Bertitik tolak kepada hal tersebut peneliti mencoba melakukan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan teknik object oriented programming pada Sistem Informasi Alumni Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Royal Kisaran. Dengan mengembangkan dan mendokumentasikan teknik-teknik ini maka diharapkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan jumlah pengembang yang ingin menerapkan OOP untuk masa yang akan datang.

The major population of India mainly depends upon Agriculture. Nowadays the ground water levels are also decreased due to global warming and uncertain rain fall. The conventional irrigation techniques have some problems like farmer should visit the field regularly even at night, then he may face some hazards like snake bite, electric shock and etc. In this paper a web based smart irrigation system using Raspberry Pi is implemented. The proposed system checks the temperature and moisture content present in the soil. The motor is also automatically controlled ON and OFF, when the 3-phase supply is present in the field and also with the flow of water. The acquired temperature and moisture content of the soil are sent to Raspberry Pi using nRF24L01 transceiver. Raspberry Pi posts the received values on the webpage. When we enter the acquired parameter values in the soil test blogs, the webpage shows the suggestions of pesticides and crops that need to be taken by the farmer to increase the yield. The system can reduce the water consumption and wastage of water.

Abstract— Biometric authentication is one of the most popular and accurate technology. Nowadays, it is used in many real time applications. However, recognizing fingerprints in Linux based embedded computers (raspberry pi) is still a very complex problem. This entire work is done on the Linux based embedded computer called raspberry pi , in which database creation and management using postgresql, web page creation using PHP language, fingerprint reader access, authentication and recognition using python were entirely done on raspberry pi This paper discusses on the standardized authentication model which is capable of extracting the fingerprints of individual and store that in database . Then I use the final fingerprint to match with others in fingerprints present in the database (postgresql) to show the capability of this model.

Mengenal Fungsi-fungsi MySQL Untuk koneksi PHP ke database MySQL dilakukan dengan menggunakan fungsi-fungsi mysql_connect(), mysql_pconnect(), mysql_select_db(). mysql_connect() mysql_connect () digunakan untuk melakukan koneksi ke server database MySQL. Format penulisan : mysql_connect(nama_host, nama_user, password); Jika parameter nama host tidak dideklarasikan, otomatis akan berisi localhost. Koneksi ke database akan secara otomatis terputus pada saat script program selesai dieksekusi seluruhnya, kecuali diberikan perintah fungsi mysql_close(). Fungsi mysql_connect() akan menghasilkan nilai true jika koneksi berhasil dilakukan dan nilai false jika gagal. mysql_pconnect() Fungsi mysql_pconnect() juga digunakan untuk membangun akses ke database, sama dengan fungsi mysql_connect(). Sedikit perbedaannya adalah jika menggunakan fungsi mysql_pconnect(), koneksi tidak akan terputus meskipumn program telah selesai dieksekusi. mysql_create_db() Fungsi mysql_create_db() digunakan untuk membuat sebuah database. Biasanya untuk sebuah aplikasi digunakan sebuah database. Sebuah database akan berisi beberapa tabel. Format penulisan : mysql_create_db(" nm_database "); Fungsi mysql_select_db() Fungsi ini berguna untuk memilih atau mengaktifkan database, seperti dalam program klien mysql pakai USE. format penulisannya: mysql_select_db(database,pengenal_hub) Dalam hal ini database adalah nama database yang digunakan, sedang pengenal_hub adalah pengenal yang diperoleh dari pemanggilan fungsi mysql_connect(). mysql_query() PHP tidak menyediakan fungsi khusus untuk membuat tabel dengan field-fieldnya, sehingga untuk membuat tabel data tetap menggunakan sintaks dari program database MySQL yang digunakan, kemudian sintaks dioperasikan menggunakan fungsi mysql_query(). Sehingga fungsi mysql_query() adalah menjalankan perintah query yang terdapat di MySQL. mysql_db_query() fungsi ini berfungsi untuk menjalankan suatu permintaan terhadap suatu database format penulisan : mysql_db_query(database,permintaan,pengenal_hub) dalam hal ini pengenal_hub menyatakan pengenal yang didapat dari fungsi mysql_connect(), sedangkan dalah nama database yang dipergunakan dan permintaan adalah perintah SQL. One of the primary means of evaluating teaching effectiveness in higher education is through the use of end-of-term student ratings of teacher performance. Collection of the evaluation data from students are usually done through paper based questionnaire survey. The paper process is labor intensive, requiring significant staff time and resources to manually preparing, packaging, distributing, collecting data, and then analyzing and reporting the results. Higher education institutes are now starting to convert the teaching evaluation process to electronic online systems. Our objective in this paper is to give recommendations for planning, designing, and implementing a good Web-based (online) teaching evaluation system using the up to date new technology.
