New technologies play a more important role in today's teaching and learning processes, one of which is the blended learning approach. Blended learning is a learning method that facilitates learning by combining direct learning methods and independent/online learning methods by utilizing advanced technology in the modern era and various delivery models, teaching models, and learning styles, introducing various choices of dialogue media between teachers and students. Where the application of blended learning in the English learning process has several advantages and disadvantages. By applying blended learning in learning English, students have experience and become more interested and excited to study seriously. In this study, the authors realized that this blended learning method is one of the effective learning methods and has the flexibility of time for teachers and students. This study aims to determine the impact and implementation of blended learning in teaching English. The method used in this research is library research, which means the author collects sources from journals to be analyzed and emphasized to support the research. Since the commencement of the implementation of the National Policy on Education in Nigeria which seeks to ensure an optimal and qualitative Early Childhood Education (ECE), stream of concerns have been raised by stakeholders in respect of the quality of education in ECE and its actual implementation. Despite all measures put in place by the Federal Ministry of Education in Nigeria, there are still some lapses in the implementation and non-implementation of this programme. There is no doubt that the implementation of ECE requires the collaborative effort/input of all stakeholders, including the government, parents/guardians, and school authorities. However, the trust of this paper is on issues and challenges of implementation of ECE in Nigeria. The paper gives input on the benefits derivable from ECE, the paper equally points out the recommendations that will lead to effective implementation ECE. This includes employment of more ECE specialist teachers, training/retraining of caregivers/teachers, effective quality monitoring by Ministries of Education, provision of logistic support to ensure that minimum standards are maintained in both public and private preprimary institutions in Nigeria among others.

Good and Service Tax (GST) an indirect broad-based consumption tax. Following with the implementation of GST in Malaysia on 1st April 2015, it is suspected that the construction capital cost and housing property price will increase accordingly. This study is aim to review the GST effect associated on construction capital cost and it influences towards housing developer and housing property price. Additionally, this study highlights what was the developer point of view on the GST given to them and also the housing price further proposes initiatives to the housing developers. Argument of GST effect is useful for the public administrators so that to re-consider the rate of GST and also beneficial to the construction parties to account with the GST implementation. As conclusion, this study review that GST do give an impact towards the construction capital cost, housing developer and housing property price in terms of knock-on effect.

Achieving sustainable mobility requires change to the reasons for travel and the ways in which we travel: where, when, why and how.
Voluntary Travel Behaviour Change consistently delivers successful outcomes valued by the community well in excess of the costs of implementation. These have been well-documented, so why the requirements for ‘pilot/demonstration projects’ as a pre-requisite for mainstream programs that rarely seem to eventuate?
Why the arguments about details of statistical proof – tests that conventional transport planning paradigms would often fail? Why the published reports and papers that ignore the evidence and in some cases present erroneous data? Why is it so difficult to correct the public record when such errors are published? Why are errors perpetuated even when corrections and rebuttals are published – do we need a new paradigm for publication of professional and technical research?
There appear to be disparate standards of ‘proof’ required for different approaches to sustainable mobility. Some are simply seen to be a ‘good thing’ with little supporting evidence; others are made to jump through complex hoops – and, even when they do so, still may not be accepted.
This paper documents and analyses some issues of travel behaviour change acceptance and non-acceptance, using Individualised Marketing as a case study, with reference to both behavioural theory and practical experience.
This phenomenon is not unique to travel behaviour change, but is so pervasive in this field that it is important to understand why it happens and, to the extent possible, correct the public record.

SUMMARYVarious management approaches have been proposed to address the alarming depletion of marine coastal resources. Prominent among them are community-based management and the establishment of marine protected areas (MPAs). The overall poor performance of MPAs can be traced to a failure to effectively include local communities in the design and implementation of relevant measures. Recent efforts have incorporated aspects of community-based management into a hybrid form of management, which ideally builds upon existing local management practices. A key challenge lies in the development of appropriate frameworks that allow for the successful participation of local communities in management. Resumen:
El objetivo de este trabajo es percibir la noción de profesionales que se utilizó sobre el costo de conformidad tributaria en la implementación de herramientas del Gobierno Electrónico, tomando como muestra de investigación una parte del sector administrativo de una multinacional en Brasil situada en la Región Metropolitana de São Paulo. En esta perspectiva, el estudio se enfocó en comprender lo que es Gobierno Electrónico en este contexto de globalización, su aplicación y resultados en determinada empresa, buscando demostrar las expectativas de estas herramientas –como el SPED (Sistema Público de Contabilidad Digital, por sus siglas en portugués, Sistema Público de Escrituração Digital)– y, verificar también los costos  para entender los mismos. La metodología aplicada fue realizada a través de un cuestionario para toda el área fiscal ligada directamente a las obligaciones accesorias de la empresa y una parte del área contable. El resultado obtenido demuestra la  percepción que tienen estos profesionales de que el Gobierno Electrónico trajo más control, pero modificando y aumentando  su práctica y rutinas, cambios que afectaron a la empresa como un todo, desde el conocimiento de sus profesionales hasta la estructura de los sistemas internos de la empresa. Los hechos anteriores generan costos para estar de acuerdo con las exigencias tributarias, siendo necesario reconocer y controlar todo el costo empleado con el fin de evidenciar claramente la realidad de estos profesionales, empresa, gobierno y sociedad impactados en el seguimiento y aplicación de estar en conformidad.

Abstract:
The purpose of this assignment concerns in understanding the notion of practitioners on the cost of tax compliance due in the implementation of electronic government tools and a sample search a part of the administrative sector installed in São  Paulo for a multinational in Brazil. In this perspective the study was guided in understanding what is electronic government in this context of globalization, its application and consequences in a particular company, seeking to demonstrate the requirements of these tools as SPED, and also check the costs to meet the same. The applied methodology was carried out through a questionnaire to all tax area directly connected ancillary obligations of the company and a part of the accounting area. The result shows the perception of professionals Electronic Government brought more control, but modifying and enhancing their  practices and routines, changes which affected the company as a whole, from the knowledge of its professional structure of internal company systems, facts generating costs to be in accordance with tax requirements, it is necessary to recognize and track all the employee cost in order to clearly demonstrate the reality of these professionals, businesses, governments and society impacted the monitoring and implementation tax compliance.

Background There are limited data on the epidemiology of adolescent soccer injury across all levels of play. Hypothesis Through implementation and validation of an injury surveillance system in adolescent soccer, risk factors for injury will be identified. Study Design Descriptive epidemiology study. Methods The study population was a random sample of 21 adolescent soccer teams (ages 12-18). A certified athletic therapist completed preseason baseline measurements and did weekly assessments of any identified soccer injury. The injury definition included any injury occurring in soccer that resulted in 1 or more of the following: medical attention, the inability to complete a session, or missing a subsequent session. Results Based on completeness of data in addition to validity of time loss, this method of surveillance has proven to be effective. U.S. local governments purchase $1.72 trillion of goods and services annually that contribute to global climate change and other environmental problems. Cities that successfully implement environmental purchasing policies can mitigate these environmental concerns while saving money and demonstrating their environmental leadership. However, cities confront numerous challenges when implementing an environmental purchasing policy. This chapter identifies the facilitators and barriers of implementing an environmental purchasing policy. It draws on the experiences within the City of Phoenix as an example and offers eight recommendations for how the City of Phoenix and similar cities can integrate environmental purchasing more fully into their existing purchasing processes.

Abstract
Background
Handovers between hospital and primary healthcare possess a risk for patient care. It has been suggested that the
exchange of a comprehensive medical record containing both medical and patient-centered aspects of information can
support high quality handovers.
Objective
The objective of this study was to explore patient handovers between primary and secondary care by assessing the
levels of patient-centeredness of medical records used for communication between care settings and by assessing
continuity of patient care.
Methods
Quantitative content analysis was used to analyze the 76 medical records of 22 Swedish patients with chronic diseases
and/or polypharmacy.
Results
The levels of patient-centeredness documented in handover records were assessed as poor, especially in regards to
informing patients and achieving a shared understanding/agreement about their treatment plans. The follow up of
patients’ medical and care needs were remotely related to the discharge information sent from the hospital to the
primary care providers, or to the hospital provider's request for patient follow-up in primary healthcare.
Conclusion
The lack of patient-centered documentation either indicates poor patient-centeredness in the encounters or low priority
given by the providers on documenting such information. Based on this small study, discharge information sent to
primary healthcare cannot be considered as a means of securing continuity of patient care. Healthcare providers need
to be aware that neither their discharge notes nor their referrals will guarantee continuity of patient care.
