The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and effectiveness of homeopathic intervention in the treatment of seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis (AR). Randomized controlled trials evaluating all forms of homeopathic treatment for AR were included in a systematic review (SR) of studies published up to and including December 2015. Two authors independently screened potential studies, extracted data, and assessed risk of bias. Primary outcomes included symptom improvement and total quality-of-life score. Treatment effect size was quantified as mean difference (continuous data), or by risk ratio (RR) and odds ratio (dichotomous data), with 95% confidence intervals (CI). Oscillococcinum is an alternative medicine prepared by serial dilution of wild duck heart and liver extracts. This preparation has been labelled as a 'non drowsy, homoeopathic medicine' that 'reduces the duration and severity of flu and flu-like symptoms'. Clinical evidence exists to support this claim and the product has not previously been reported to cause any serious adverse drug reactions. We bring to light, however, a case of angioedema in our patient who was using oscillococcinum for flu-like symptoms. Consumers must therefore exercise caution at the outset of allergy symptoms.

It is a prospective clinical trial study which was carried out from the year 2018-2019 for 6 months .A total numbers of 38 patients were screened for COPD out of which 35 were diagnosed with the condition. 5 patients where dropout who were not willing to participate in research trail. Medicines was stored in Bharati Vidyapeeth Homoeopathic Pharmacy,Katraj,Pune-411043.Liquid was stored in amber colour glass bottle kept in dark place ,under appropriate temperature, away from sunlight &humidity condition freshly prepared dose was use for dispensing purpose. Log no. & Batch no. was maintained. The remedy was given in globule (Sucrose) form drug was administered in 30c on the basis of law of Homoeopathic Posology. The administration of drug was done through oral route was given in globule (sucrose) form 4 pills x BD for 7 days .repetition of dose was done after 1 month. Ethical Committee approval was availed. Guidelines by ICMR (Indian Counsel of Medical Research), ICH(International Council For Harmonisation) were followed. Data was collected by proper method and processed in standard format. Total Research Project was submitted to Ethical committee and Patients were selected according to case definition. Patients were explained about the research project, patient's information sheet and informed consent form and filled up by patient. Standardized case record was prepared and maintained of individual patient and also standardized follow-up sheet was prepared and maintained regularly. After the completion of 5 follow ups again PFT was done considering FEV1 in all patients who were administered senega 30 .According to statistical data it is observe that Senega 30 was not effective in cases of COPD.

The information is obtained from Official Information Act (OIA) requests and the comprehensive health details in the AgResearch reports that were submitted annually to the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA), now the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA).
These annual reports catalogue a sad and profoundly disturbing story of illness, reproductive failure and birth deformities that have consistently afflicted the genetic engineering (GE) trials.

GİRİŞ Homeopati kelimesinin kökeni, Yunanca ’da homoios (benzer) ve pathos (acı) bunların birleşiminden meydana gelmiştir. Bu terimin altında yatan ilke, benzer olanı benzeriyle iyileştirmek olarak tanımlanmıştır. Homeopati kendine has bir tanı ve tedavi yöntemiyle, bütüncül bir yaklaşımdır. (AKARSU & KUŞ, 2017) “Hasta yoktur, hastalık vardır” tedavinin temel felsefesini oluşturur. Hastalığın yerine, hastayı tedavi etme amacı gütmektedir. Homeopatik ilaçlar sayesinde, hastalığın benzeri belirtiler oluşturup, vücudun bu hastalığı tanınması sağlanarak, hastalığa karşı vücudun kuvvetli olmasını tetiklemeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu sayede, vücudun doğal yollarla kendi kendini tedavi ederek, birçok şikâyete çözüm bulmayı amaçlamıştır. Bu yöntemle hem akut hem de kronik şikayetler için uygulanabileceği bildirilmiştir. (YARAŞIR, PİRİNÇCİ, & DEVECİ, 2018) Tamamlayıcı Alternatif Tıp (TAT) alanında diğer tedavi yöntemlerine göre 220 yıllık süresi olan yeni bir tedavi yöntemidir. Almanya’da Eczacı Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann, tarafından ilk olarak uygulanmış bir tedavi yöntemidir. Hahneman Doktor ve eczacı mesleğinin yanı sıra dil bilimciydi. Gençlik yıllarında klasik tedavi yöntemlerinden memnun olmaması nedeniyle, eczacı mesleğinin etkisiyle kimyasal karışımlarla deneyler yapıp, bunu bilimsel makalelerde yayınlamıştır. Hahneman ilk olarak, Cinchona (Kınakına)ağaç kabuğunu kendi üzerinde denemeye başlayarak, sağlıklı durumdayken kullandığı ağaç kabuğunun vücudunda ateşlenmeye neden olan bir semptomu fark eder. Bıkmadan deneylerine devam eder ve 6 yıl boyunca yaptığı deneyimleri sonucunda “simila similibus currentur” prensibine ulaşır. 1976 senesinde rastgele bir maddenin, hasta olan bir insanın terapötik etkinliğinin, sağlıklı bir insanda aynı hastalığı açığa çıkardığını keşfeder. (AĞAOĞLU, 2019) Homeopati ilke olarak, yaşam enerjisini ortaya çıkarmayı hedefler. Günümüzde kullandığımız tıpla bu durum açıklanamamaktadır. Birçok yayın bu tedavi yöntemini olumlu bulurken, karşı çıkan birçok yayında mevcuttur. (SOYİÇ & ÖZKAN, 2020) Avrupa’da çok yaygın kullanılan bir yöntem olan homeopati Almanya, Fransa ve İsviçre’de sağlık sigortası kapsamında sayılması nedeniyle, tedavi maliyeti kurum tarafından karşılanmaktadır. Dünya’da Hindistan başta olmak üzere, Yeni Zelanda ve Avusturalya’da bu tedavi yöntemini kullanmaktadır. Türkiye’de bu tedavi yöntemi, yeni yeni keşfedilmesine rağmen preparatların eksikliği, ülkemizde büyük sorun olmaktadır. Preparatların üretim süreci laboratuvarlarda özel olarak üretildiğinden, ülkemize ithal edilmektedir. (TOKEM, 2006). 2011 yılında Türkiye’de Sağlık Bakanlığı Geleneksel ve Tamamlayıcı Tıp Uygulamaları Daire Başkalığı kurulmuş olup, homeopati bu tedavi içerisinde bulunmaktadır. (KAYA, KARAKUŞ, BOZ, & ÖZER, 2020) Homeopati uygulamaları moleküllerin defalarca sulandırılarak, suyun içinde molekül kalmayana kadar sulandırılmasıdır. Buradaki amaç, suyun hafızasında molekülün izinin kaldığına inanılması yatmaktadır. Düşük dozlarda çeşitli mineraller, bitkiler ve hayvansal bazı ürünler kullanılarak immün sistemi uyarılmaktadır. Şekil 1 Sulandırma yöntemi 10 üzeri 99’da 1(Euronews, 2020) Türkiye’de yaklaşık olarak 250 kişi, Almanya’da 7 bin civarında, Avrupa’da toplam olarak 50 binden fazla homeopat olduğu bilinmektedir. Homeopati tedavisinde “ilaç” kavramı yerine “remedi(remedy)” kullanılıyor. Hastalarla yaklaşık 2 saat süren anamnez sürecinden sonra, kişiye özel olarak remedisi tespit ediliyor. (CİNMEN, 2020) Remedi olarak kullanılan örnek maddeler; Bitkiler: Çiçek, yaprak, sebze ve meyve, kök kabuk, tohum vb. Örneğin Chamomilla(papatya), Ledum (biberiye, kuş dili), Alliım sativa(sarımsak), Belladonna (güzel avrat otunun meyvesi) vb. Hayvanlara ait bazı maddeler ve salgılar: Sepia, (süpye, mürekkep balığı), Apis (bal arısı), Lachesis (yılan zehri) vb. Hastalıklı dokular, mikroorganizmalar: Carcinosinum, Medorrhinum, Tuberculinum vb. Kimyasal elementler, mineraller ve bileşimleri: Silicea (kuvars), Ferrum (demir), Sulphur (kükürt), Calcareo (kalsiyum) vb. (ŞAHİN, 2014) BULGULAR 1918 İspanyol gribi salgını sırasında alınan kayıtlar sırasında, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde daha önce hiç Homeopati tedavisi olmamış, sadece ilaç tedavisi görmüş 24 bin grip hastasından %28,2 oranından hastanın öldüğü. Daha önce homeopati tedavisi görmüş 26 bin hastanın grip vakasında sadece %1,05 oranında öldüğü kayıt altına alınmıştır. (AĞAOĞLU, İLHAN, & ARSLANTÜRK, 2020) Bilimsel yapılan gözlemsel çalışmada, kadınların menopoz döneminde yaşadıkları sıcak basmasında, tedavinin iyi sonuç verdiği gözlemlenmiştir. (AKARSU & KUŞ, 2017) Bel ağrısı tedavisinde en sık baş vurulan yöntemlerden olduğu, en çok kullanan ülke olarak da İsrail halkı görülmektedir. Depresyon tedavisinde, Orta kulak iltihabı tedavisinde, alerjik reaksiyonlarda, migren hastalığında, Nevrotik hastalıklarda, hipertansiyon, artirit tedavilerinde kullanılmaktadır. (YARAŞIR, PİRİNÇCİ, & DEVECİ, 2018) İntertilite, korunmasız ilişki sonucunda kadının gebe kalmaması sorunu, dünyanın her yerinde kadınları etkileyen uluslararası bağlamda düşünülen bir halk hastalığıdır. 67 kadında 3 aylık yapılan tedavi sonucunda 38 kadında başarılı sonuç elde edilmiştir (SOYİÇ & ÖZKAN, 2020) İspanya’da yapılan bir çalışmada Astım ve Alerji şikâyeti olan hastalarda %31,5 başarı oranına ulaşıldığı saptanmış. Astım şikâyeti olan 28 hastanın 3 ay ve 6 ay süresince yapılan gözlemlerde, hastaların semptomlarında azalma görüldüğü belirtilmiştir. Bu azalma belirtisi, hastaların beyanlarına göre not edilmiş olup, gözlemlenen hasta sayısının az olması ve sonuçların hastaların beyanlarına göre alınması çalışmanın sınırlılığını göstermektedir (TOKEM, 2006) Akciğer, meme, kolon ve böbrek Kanser tedavisi gören hastalarda kısa olan yaşam süresini uzattığı tespit edilmiş olup, çalışma yapılan kişi sayısı sınırlı sayıdadır. (YILDIZ, 2013) Enüresiz nokturna halk arasından “altını ıslatma” olarak bilinen, uykuda istemsiz idrar bırakma hastalığını yaşayan çocuklar için de bu yöntem kullanılmakta. (KORAN, 2021) Covid 19 enfeksiyonu üzerine tat ve koku kaybı olan hastalar (toplam 3 hasta) üzerinde yapılan bir çalışmada, hastalarda dramatik bir iyileşme tespit edilmiştir. (Tablo1) diğer çalışmalar gibi, bu çalışmada sınırlı hasta üzerinde yapılması çalışmanın sonuçları açısında sınırlayıcı olmuştur (TOPALOĞLU, ve diğerleri, 2020) Şekil 2 Görsel Analog Ölçeğine Göre Koku Skorları Değişimi (TOPALOĞLU, ve diğerleri, 2020) Ülkemizde yapılan başka bir Covid-19 çalışmasında, hafif ama enfeksiyon belirtisi olan, pozitif olup, enfeksiyon belirtilerinden birini gösteren, hafif ya da şiddetli pnömonisi olan, yoğun bakım hastaları ve herhangi bir hastalığı olmayan ama şüphe nedeniyle karantinaya alınan hastalarda yapılan çalışma sonucunda tek ve etkin bir tedavi yöntemi sayılmasa da medikal tedaviye destek amaçlı kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır (AĞAOĞLU, İLHAN, & ARSLANTÜRK, 2020) 2002- 2012 senesine Ulusal sağlık anketinde en fazla kullanılan Tamamlayıcı alternatif tıp alanında Homeopati %2,2 ile 7. Sırada bulunmaktadır. (UYSAL, 2016) Cilt hastalıkları, solunum, sindirim, dolaşım, migren, aksi yete, stres, empotans, prostat, intertilite, kolera, İspanyol gribi, sarı humma, kızıl, difteri, tifo vb. çoğu hastalıkta denenmiş ve belli başarılara ulaşıldığı tespit edilmiştir. SONUÇ Tamamlayıcı alternatif tıp tedavisi, klasik tedavi yöntemlerinden sonuç alamamış hastalar için, bir umut ışı olmaktadır. Her tedavi yöntemi için %100 başarı oranına ulaşılamayacağı gibi, kesin başarısız olduğu da söylememektedir. Yapılan araştırmalarda göründüğü gibi, hastalığından uzun süre şikayetçi olan hastaların 1 aylık 3 aylık ya da 6 aylık süren tedavi sonunda sonuç alındığı görülmüştür. Bazı hastalarda kesin sonuç alınabilirken bazı hastalarda ise hastalığının geçmemesine rağmen sadece yaşam kalitesini düzeltmesi kimi hastalar için başarı olarak düşünülmektedir. Özellikle kanser hastalarının kısa yaşam ömürlerinin uzatılması için hastaların başvurduğu bir yöntem olarak da görülmektedir. Homeopati’nin etkisi ve etkinliğini savunmak için daha yük derecede onay almış bilimsel çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Tüm dünyada giderek artan TAT tedavileri konusunda, ülkemizde eksiklerin giderilmesi için desteklerin verilmesi sonucunda, bu tedavi yöntemi ülkemizde daha yaygın olacaktır.
