Employees are the backbone of any company therefore their management plays a major role in
deciding the success of an organization. Employees Management Software makes it easy for
the employer to keep track of all records. This software allows the administrator to edit
employees, add new employees, transfer/promote/terminate employees. Each employee in the
database is associated with a position can be added and edited when need arises. Employees can
be transferred between positions easily without having to retype back their information in the
database. You can check to see if there are duplicate positions/employees in the database.  Most
of all, the employer can assign tasks to employees and assess their progress in order to keep track
of employee performance.
A flexible and easy to use Employee Management software solution for small and medium sized
companies provides modules for personnel information management thereby organization and
companies are able to manage the crucial organization asset – people. The combination of
these modules into one application assures the perfect platform for re-engineering and aligning
Human Resource processes along with the organizational goals. This system brings about an
easy way of maintaining the details of employees working in any organization.
It is simple to understand and can be used by anyone who is not even familiar with simple
employees system. It is user friendly and just asks the user to follow step by step operations by
giving easy to follow options. It is fast and can perform many operations for a company.
The goal of this project is to design and develop an employee management system to fill existing
gaps in the electronic management of employees.

Millions of people around the world today use digital tools and platforms to create and share sophisticated cultural artifacts. This book focuses on one such platform: Instagram. It places Instagram image culture within a rich cultural and historical context, including histories of photography, cinema, graphic design, as well as contemporary social media, design trends, music video, and k-pop. At the same it uses Instagram as a window into the identities of a young global generation connected by common social media platforms, cultural sensibilities, and visual aesthetics.

My book is an experiment to see how we can combine traditional “qualitative” approaches of media theory and art history with quantitative analysis that uses “big cultural data” and computational methods. I am drawing on the analysis of 15 million images shared on Instagram in 16 global cities during 2012–2015 carried out in our Cultural Analytics Lab, publications from many other labs, my own informal observations from using Instagram for five years, and my direct observations of mobile phone photography cultures during 2010–2015 in 58 cities located in 31 countries.

Potensiometri merupakan aplikasi langsung dari persamaan Nernst dengan cara pengukuran potensial dua elektroda tidak terpolarisasi pada kondisi arus nol. Konduktometri merupakan metode dengan dua elektroda inert yang konduktansi elektrolit antara kedua elektrodanya diukur. Potensiometri dan konduktomerti adalah dua metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan suatu konstanta ionisasi asam lemah melalui analisis antara metode potensiometri dengan konduktometri dalam menentukan konsentrasi larutan standar NaOH dari Ka asam asetat. Hasil percobaan diperoleh Ka pada potensiometri dan konduktometri diperoleh sebesar 4,00x10-8 dan 1,3343x10-8 dengan nilai ketepatan berturut-turut sebesar 0,23% dan 0,08%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode potensiometri lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode konduktometri.

Green HRM is the emerging topic in current scenario. There is increasing require for strategic Green HRM the combination of environmental management into HRM. The Green Human Resource Management will participate an important role in organizations to help the environment related problems by assuming it, in management philosophy, HR policies and practices, training people and implementation of laws related to Environment safety. In this paper an attempt has been made to promote the importance Green HR involves two essential elements environment friendly HR practices and preservation of Knowledge capital. Green HRM means using every employee interface in such a manner in order to promote and maintain sustainable business practices as well as creating awareness, which in turn, helps organizations to operate in an environmentally sustainable fashion. Hence, Green HRM encompasses two major elements: environmental-friendly HR practices and the preservation of the knowledge capital. Present study, focus on Green HRM as a strategic initiative by the corporate to promote sustainable business practices.

The intrinsic vulnerabilities in the cyberspace and ever-escalating cyber-attacks tend to continuously threaten the national security, economy and daily life of citizens. More than fifty countries, around the world, have formulated their Cyber Security Strategies to address the grave concerns of national cyber security. A cyber security strategy is particularly aimed at securing the national cyberspace from malevolent cyber threat vectors, but owing to the varying threat landscape, considerable variations can be seen in the preventive, defensive and offensive measures and approaches adopted by each country. This research paper analyzes and compares National Cyber Security Strategies of twenty countries based on the documented legal, operational, technical and policy-related measures. The majority of the strategies have described the need of appointing an official body for leading the cyber security tasks at the national level and establishment of Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERT/CSIRT) to fight cyber-attacks targeting national cyberspace. However, disparity lies in the understanding of major key terms (particularly cyber security and cyberspace), characterization of the cyber threats, aims and description of cyber awareness and capacity building programs, legislative measures etc. Based on the comparison, the research specifies and recommends best practices for improving the state of national cyber security and resilience. The countries planning to develop or update their cyber security strategies can use this research study to their advantage.

What is the impact of information and communication technologies (ICTs) on the human condition? In order to address this question, in 2012 the European Commission organized a research project entitled The Onlife Initiative: concept reengineering for rethinking societal concerns in the digital transition. This volume collects the work of the Onlife Initiative. It explores how the development and widespread use of ICTs have a radical impact on the human condition.

ICTs are not mere tools but rather social forces that are increasingly affecting our self-conception (who we are), our mutual interactions (how we socialise); our conception of reality (our metaphysics); and our interactions with reality (our agency). In each case, ICTs have a huge ethical, legal, and political significance, yet one with which we have begun to come to terms only recently.

The impact exercised by ICTs is due to at least four major transformations: the blurring of the distinction between reality and virtuality; the blurring of the distinction between human, machine and nature; the reversal from information scarcity to information abundance; and the shift from the primacy of stand-alone things, properties, and binary relations, to the primacy of interactions, processes and networks.

Such transformations are testing the foundations of our conceptual frameworks. Our current conceptual toolbox is no longer fitted to address new ICT-related challenges. This is not only a problem in itself. It is also a risk, because the lack of a clear understanding of our present time may easily lead to negative projections about the future. The goal of The Manifesto, and of the whole book that contextualises, is therefore that of contributing to the update of our philosophy. It is a constructive goal. The book is meant to be a positive contribution to rethinking the philosophy on which policies are built in a hyperconnected world, so that we may have a better chance of understanding our ICT-related problems and solving them satisfactorily.

The Manifesto launches an open debate on the impacts of ICTs on public spaces, politics and societal expectations toward policymaking in the Digital Agenda for Europe’s remit. More broadly, it helps start a reflection on the way in which a hyperconnected world calls for rethinking the referential frameworks on which policies are built.

In some individuals, aggressive personality traits may be genetically inherited. The aggressive personality may feel weakened by having guidelines or boundaries for anger. Anger is a normal human emotion, and these guidelines can help express anger in a healthy way.

ABSTRACT
This project work Design and Implementation of an E-registration system in tertiary institutions will help enhance the efficiency of data capture and shortens registration processing time for both the students and the school. Its objective is to develop a registration software system that replaces the manual method of registration in Imo State Polytechnic Umuagwo. This project work makes use of data collection from the school, materials and journals from various authors. The methodology used is the object oriented analysis and design methodology and the analysis of the existing system shows that it is prone to error. The benefit of the proposed system is that it speeds up the registration process and ensures prompt release of student’s registration number. The implementation of the E-Registration system was carried out using Hypertext Pre-processor (PHP) for the program and the server used is the xampp server. The developed software performed well and produced expected results on completion; in conclusion, this project work if implemented will allow students to register remotely without having to be physically present on campus. There is need for tertiary institutions to computerize their registration system for greater efficiency, neatness, and reliability. This will go a long way to save both the students and the registration officers all the trouble they go through trying to register one form or the other.

Abstract
Managing the student’s accommodation application process at College of Agriculture Lafia is a complex and time-sensitive task. This research work deals with the problems of managing and allocating hostels to students in College of Agriculture Lafia and to avoid the problems which occur when carried out manually. The aim of this research work “Online Hostel Management System” is to develop a web based system with a central database that will automatically allocate rooms to students, manage records related to the hostel, the system designed will keep track of all the available hostel rooms, their occupants and fund generated from hostel fee. Information for this research work was collected from two forms of data which are primary and secondary data. These are done by semi structured interviews and exploitation of the services of the library from textbooks, journals, internet and other materials for purpose of better understanding. The new system was implemented using PHP and MySQL.  The result of the research is a Hostel Management and Allocation System for College of Agriculture Lafia.

ABSTRACT
The project is aimed to automate the tailoring sector which is manually maintained. After the
automation this will mean better services and good keeping of records, data integrity, data
security, quick search and also paperless environment. The project has mainly tackled
management of information for the customers and in decision making.
Every user of the system will have to log into the system using username and password so that
security and authentication will be ensured. Once logged in, a customer can make and order,
check dress status or even give feedback. The system administrator is able to manage customer
information and also update records.
This will help in realizing the vision 2030 where the government wants its people to be digitally
informed and also automate all the government sectors and ministries, hence embracing
Electronic Governing.

The problem of sorting is a problem that arises frequently in computer programming. Many different sorting algorithms have been developed and improved to make sorting fast. As a measure of performance mainly the average number of operations or the average execution times of these algorithms have been investigated and compared.There is no one sorting method that is best for every situation. Informasi Teknologi (IT)” maka buku ini bermaksud untuk mengupas secara lebih mendalam
tentang riset metode dalam ilmu komputer.

In this article, I outline a logic of design of a system as a specific kind of conceptual logic of the design of the model of a system, that is, the blueprint that provides information about the system to be created. In section two, I introduce the method of levels of abstraction as a modelling tool borrowed from computer science. In section three, I use this method to clarify two main conceptual logics of information (i.e., modelling systems) inherited from modernity: Kant's transcen-dental logic of conditions of possibility of a system, and Hegel's dialectical logic of conditions of in/stability of a system. Both conceptual logics of information analyse structural properties of given systems. Strictly speaking, neither is a conceptual logic of information about (or modelling) the conditions of feasibility of a system, that is, neither is a logic of information as a logic of design. So, in section four, I outline this third conceptual logic of information and then interpret the conceptual logic of design as a logic of requirements, by introducing the relation of " suffici-entisation ". In the conclusion, I argue that the logic of requirements is exactly what we need in order to make sense of, and buttress, a constructionist (poietic) approach to knowledge.
