We can reduce the rate of recidivism by training the former incarcerated to create businesses. We should have this cohort attend team-building training and business principles classes. Today's paradigm assigns former inmates to community and local groups to gain support. With the availability of negative opportunities, these former inmates often fall back into a life of crime; especially, when job opportunities are few and short-lasting. They can make their own way with the right training.
