47th annual Old Courthouse Craft Show held over the weekend
EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Over the weekend, the annual Old Courthouse craft show downtown.
It’s the longest-running craft show in Evansville, celebrating its 47th year.
There were vendors lined up throughout four different floors of the courthouse and a few outside on the lawn.
You could find anything, from jewelry, to home décor, to homemade desserts.
It went on from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the afternoon this weekend.
Vicki Bohleber has been the coordinator for the event for around 25 years.
She says it’s always fun to see how much it grows each year.
“It’s grown in different ways because, you know, it’s not your mama’s crafts anymore,” said Bohleber. “We have 3D printers, metal crafts that are different than what would’ve been here 40 years ago. It gets people into this building and sometimes they forget how beautiful this building is.”
The craft show always happens on the 2nd weekend in November, so you can mark your calendars for next year.
