Brand new apartments planned to be built nearby Bosse Field

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - New housing options are coming to Evansville!
Documents show contractors are planning to build apartments at 201 E. Eichel Avenue, just a few blocks away from Bosse Field.
HOPE of Evansville, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing, submitted an application for the apartments on Thursday.
Organization officials tell us it will be their 10 unit senior development project in partnership with the City of Evansville’s Department of Metropolitan Development.
Units are expected to run around $800 a month for rent. We’re told it will be a 3-story building with over 10,000 square feet.
