The 2023 24H Touring Car Endurance Series powered by Hankook was the eighth and final season of the Touring Car Endurance Series (TCES). Creventic is the organiser and promoter of the series. The races are contested with TCR Touring Cars, TCX cars and TC cars.

A TCR Touring Car is a touring car specification, first introduced in 2014 and is now employed by a multitude of series worldwide. All TCR Touring Cars are front-wheel drive cars based on 4 or 5 door production vehicles, and are powered by 1.75 to 2.0 litre turbocharged engines. While the bodyshell and suspension layout of the production vehicle is retained in a TCR car, and many models use a production gearbox, certain accommodations are made for the stresses of the racetrack including upgraded brakes and aerodynamics. Competition vehicles are subject to balance of performance (BoP) adjustments to ensure close racing between different vehicles.

The race was won by Michael Doppelmayr, Swen Herberger, Pierre Kaffer and Markus Winkelhock in the #18 Rutronik Racing by TECE Audi R8 LMS Evo.

The 2024 Hankook Dubai 24 Hour was the 19th running of the Dubai 24 Hour, an endurance race that took place at the Dubai Autodrome on 27 and 28 January 2024. It was the final round of the 2023–24 Middle East Trophy. Originally scheduled to 13 and 14 January, a change to the race date was announced on 27 December 2023, the Dubai 24 Hour becoming the season finale, due to shipping issues in the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait.
