Resolved - From 10:00:00 Jan 21st (UTC) to 12:35:00 Jan 21st (UTC) a small set of customers experienced their deployments creating Serverless Functions to the sfo1 region rather than their specified region. If you find that your Serverless Functions were effected please redeploy your project.

This issue solely impacts the cost-saving benefits of In-Function Concurrency.

The issue has been identified and resolved. To re-enable In-Function Concurrency savings, please redeploy your affected projects.
