Data Trading with Differential Privacy in Data Market

Published: 07 March 2020 Publication History

Abstract

In the big data era, data collection and exchange depend heavily on data trading through data market, where privacy protection, pricing and fairness is still an unanswered problem. To meet this need, in this paper, we propose a data-trading approach based on BlockChain in data market. We first redefine the request of data consumer. Then the data price is allocated according to the tolerance of error. Lastly, we utilize differential privacy to achieve the purpose of data privacy protection. Simulations, as well as experimental dataset, validate the effectiveness of our approach.
