An electronic social network to market topics of public interest: Net@INA

Abstract

In this paper, the authors present a model to develop an electronic network devoted to market contents of public interest (Topics of Public Interest) based on the experimental electronic network already in action at INA (WWW.INA.PT).The proposed model can be the beginning of a new front of developments within E-Government with the purpose of improving general information and knowledge about key topics to support the implementation of public policies requiring difficult processes of change.
