Well, I purchased an iron cross first class, the description was that it was maker marked 100 on the reverse of the pin, when I received my item it was not maker marked at all.
I did send two emails voicing my complaints but sadly I never received a reply.

I've collected militaria for over 10 years, and dealt with many, many sellers. Grenadier militaria was professional, kept me notified on shipping status, and overall the item was as described, and photos were exactly what was received. I purchased from here and there was a technical glitch with order. The seller didnt reply at first as he was away, which had me thinking ohno... But I was pleasantly surprised a few days later when he got back to me, apologized profusely for the delay and has promptly sent my items. Will definitely buy from here again. Hopefully before gulag australia bans the post altogether!!

My item arrived surprisingly quickly considering that it had to cross an ocean.It came packaged securely and was exactly as described on the website.I would not hesitate to use them again nor would I hesitate to recommend them.

Have purchased from Grenadier Militaria before. Package comes as quickly as possible internationally. Items are as described and alway happy with my purchase. International shipping is quite pricey and a signature is always required on the items, however DHL never rings my door or asks for a signature which I’m paying for. No fault of Grenadier, but some of these items are pricey and I don’t like them sitting on my doorstep. DHL should give you the service that you’re paying for.

Have bought quite a few items from Tony @grenadier militaria and have not been disappointed with the purchases sight unseen. As I am in the other side of the world, his photos and descriptions are very well documented and the recent purchase of German U-boat badge and close combat clasp were better in person than photos! Postage with DHL reasonable and quick in 6 days. Would do business again!

For foreing buyer, everything worked out well. Personally I paid item via paypal. Customer service is good, they re-adjusted shipping price 10£ for tracked letter to EU, real packet cost when asked.
Would buy again.

Over the past few years in my dealings with favorite Militaria Sites, I would notice they would link to Grenadier. I think I visited this site once or twice but never purchased anything until recently. A really nice Kriegsmarine Badge slipped past me so was keeping my eyes out to see if one like it showed up. It did and I purchased it from Tony. I am not new to militaria or collecting but occasionally see something I have to have. The experience with Grenadier was flawless and Tony kept me informed on my purchase right up to it being delivered. He seems to enjoy this business and the customers he comes in contact with. Call me a new customer and looking forward to checking his quality offerings more frequently.

As a first time buyer of Grenadierhmilitaria and new collector I have been incredibly impressed by the advice, support and customer experience given by this company. Tony was more than helpful and even sent me a book about German Combat Clasps with my purchase. It is obvious that he prides himself on offering the highest quality, original pieces that are available on the market. If you want to buy the best this is the place to go.

Staff was very helpful
When I got the piece it was a very nice example
However reason for three instead of five star rating us
The piece should’ve been described a little better
It was said to have no damage or repaid and priced accordingly
When I received it the eagle on the Luftwaffe Observer badge was a bit loose
It is a known feature of the maker but it would’ve informed my decision better had it been described
I decided to keep the badge as I like it however I’d guess it was probably several hundred pounds overpriced because of the issue with the wobbly eagle
Probably will affect its desirability if I were to move it in in future
I was going to buy another much more expensive piece around that time but the experience made me decide against
We all make mistakes but that probably cost me 300 quid!
No hard feeling though

In a collectors world when often ‘repros and fakes’ can be offered, this is certainly not the case at Grenadier Military and the assistance of Tony.

It is reassuring and confident to be able to purchase genuine items from a reliable source.

I also would note that Grenadier Militaria offer a fair and reasonable price for their items which allow the vendor to make profit whilst at the same time not exploiting the customer.
