Having been with Dojo for almost a year…

Having been with Dojo for almost a year , i decided to leave and try a different provider for mainly economic reasons . However, one month later i returned to Dojo after a very stressful experience with Takepayments,ie
Much time and telephone calls , without resolution.
Dojo have offered to help with cancellation costs and have been extremely helpful in resolving a very difficult situation, i cant thank the Dojo team enough!!

A real helpful personal service from…

A real helpful personal service from William our local Ayrshire representative.

I was not ready to start due to build work delays and I was really well looked after by HUMANS, not A.I.

Face to Face meeting to support business set up. Very very much appreciated.

I am very pleased with your service. Thanks to Abraham

I am very pleased to use Dojo terminals. The application process was straightforward and their adviser (Abraham) was very patience and answered all my questions. He was back to set up the terminals, which was delivered within a few days and demonstrated how simple the terminals are to use. Thank you Abraham. I also have access to my app, where I can instantly see all transactions.

Speedy and efficient service

After multiple Worldpa issues...

Having had multiple issues with Worldpay service, daily invoices and overcharging, we met with Dojo, they had machines set up ready to use with 48hrs of meeting. Quick, efficicient and great customer service - plus cheaper than Worldpay.

Highly recommend was a smooth…

Shocking

Received a statement from a collections agency for interest despite, very reluctantly, settling a chargeback (see my other reviews regarding the chargeback history and dojo)

At the time we were told by Dojo that the matter was now resolved and we would not receive anymore communications from the collections agency.

Just adds to the long list of "communication" errors we have had from Dojo.

CANCEL ANY AGREEMENTS YOU HAVE WITH THIS MOB!!

Their charges creep up by stealth

Their charges creep up by stealth. They'll send messages saying you need to do nothing when in actual fact if you do nothing they put your charges up.

This time it's a £5 a month 'insurance' on the card machines, which adds up especially as I have more than one machine. Last time it was a 'small' change to the percentage charge.

The service they provide is generally reliable but I'm now looking elsewhere and waiting for the next rep. to walk in the door
