𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝: £755 million partnership between Ares Management Corporation and Lone Star Capital.   Savills are delighted to have supported the creation of this seminal partnership between Ares and Lone Star.   The £755 million preferred equity commitment in Quintain Limited will support the refinancing of London’s iconic 85-acre 𝐖𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞.   With over £2.8bn of investment to date, Quintain has transformed the estate into a prime mixed-use neighbourhood, with around 5,000 homes as well as retail, modern office space and acres of parks and pedestrianised public realm.   This investment highlights the appeal of modern, well-amenitised #Multifamily assets in well-connected London locations, supported by exceptional placemaking.   Andrew Brentnall, Head of UK Residential Investment & Development, Savills OCM, says “The scale of investment is testament to the partners’ conviction about the strength of the fundamentals of the #UKresidential market, #regeneration benefits, and the critical need to deliver more new homes of higher quality, faster.
