The £755 million preferred equity commitment in Quintain Limited will support the refinancing of London’s iconic 85-acre 𝐖𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞.
