HOTEL REVIEWS AND BENEFITS A staggering number of statistics overtime have shown how important it is to receive feedback from guests after their stay in a hotel. Guest review is a system put in place by establishments, which encourage guests to recounts their experience- be it positive or negative. Statistics have it that 81% of travelers frequently read reviews before booking a particular hotel, and 70.9% of them says that online reviews influence the choice of hotel they stay. This is a system whereby both the negative and positive feedback are used to the benefit and enhancement of the business- a negative review could be used by the establishment to improve on it’s facilities and service delivery. While positive feedback could be displayed on hotel website and other marketing materials. Therefore all feedback must be acted on as quickly as possible. There are countless forms of technology that could be used by hotel to track guest experiences and gathering of feedback. Get one for your hotel
