BREAKING NEWS! black country integrated care system ics is rolling out our portal ICS-wide as part of an extensive programme to digitise patient engagement for 1.21m residents. The project seeks to improve patient experience, reduce waiting lists and make significant financial savings. Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust were the first to go live, with 7,329 wasted slots avoided and DNAs reduced by 5% in the first four months, equating to over £1m estimated income gains, and 780 hours saved annually that can be better spent on patient care.
