Manufacturing, quality, software and automation engineers are in high demand in the UK! If you work in the industry you're probably sick and tired of hearing from recruiters. I totally get the notion of wanting to bypass the recruiter and applying directly to the role. However, the benefit of working with me is that I'm the first to know about my clients new roles before they advertise them. And I know if you'd actually be interested to hear about them. I know my clients and my candidates well. At Primaire, we're scrutinious with our process and we only match candidates with our clients if we genuinely beleive they'll be a mutually good match. Which goes beyond salary and location. I will not call my candidates if I'm not sure they will be interested in the role and they will be a great match for the client.
