Thank you to everyone who connected with us at the ALFI - Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry's London conference last week. It was a great opportunity to engage with industry leaders and to stay sharp on regulatory and market trends. The regulatory session made one thing clear: while the FCA and CSSF have their domestic focus, globalisation is forcing increasing crossover and alignment. This needs to keep moving to streamline global servicing for investors and distributors. Digitalisation is coming, no doubt. But it's clear there’s still a gap in how and when it will land. In case you missed it, last month we wrapped up our latest internship programme. At ZILO™, teamwork and communication are key to how we operate. Our interns were paired with mentors and buddies, giving them essential guidance. They shadowed teams across the business and took part in hands-on training sessions with some of our leaders. We’re proud of their progress. The energy, passion, and curiosity they brought was inspiring. Yesterday marked World Mental Health Day. With its spotlight on workplace wellness it served as a powerful reminder of how crucial it is to support our employees' well-being. In honour of the day, our brilliant People and Culture team, led by Vanessa Gallagher and Tracey Monney (Assoc CIPD), hosted a Tea and Talk event. The conversation began by raising awareness about the strain that stress can place on both productivity and mental health. Colleagues from our UK and Thailand offices came together, exchanging thoughts on coping strategies and ways to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We wrapped up with a discussion on what steps we can take to ensure our people have access to the support they need, whenever it’s required. With 30 years of extensive industry experience across finance and technology sectors, Jon will be part of our Executive leadership team, reporting to our CEO, Phil.
