We are excited to announce the expansion of its operations to Australia, reflecting our growing global presence. Our new Australian subsidiary, MSubs Pty. Ltd, has partnered with Alkath Group to establish an office in Nowra, NSW, located near Jervis Bay and the Royal Australian Navy’s (RAN) exercise areas. MSubs Pty. Ltd will represent not only MSubs but also its sister companies, Marine AI and Zero USV. MarineAI's GuardianAI software, which is integral to the US DARPA's NOMARS program, will now be available to Australian defense and industry customers. In addition, MSubs Pty. Ltd will operate the first 12-meter OCEANUS12 USV from Zero USV outside of the UK. This demonstrator vehicle will be used to showcase and trial a variety of sensors and capabilities for both military and civilian clients. This new venture, led by Patrick Dowsett, marks a significant step for MSubs as we continue to support initiatives like AUKUS and further our commitment to innovation in the defense sector.
