The final spotlight from YunoJuno's 2024 Freelancer Rates Report series! Thank you to everyone who joined my Engage Employee Future of Work talk on behalf of YunoJuno. I was delighted to see so many attendees keen to gain a deeper understanding of flexible talent and skills-based hiring. 🌏 Here are 3 key takeaways and trends I'd like to share from the session: 1️⃣ 83% of HR leaders are currently facing challenges in securing talent equipped with the necessary skills for their organisations with 76% overwhelmed by the growth of their job responsibilities 2️⃣ We are seeing organisations shifting from org-charts to skills-based mapping to tackle this and proactively manage skills to increase their competitive advantages 3️⃣ 3 core benefits of a skills-based talent strategy 1) Expanded talent pools, 2) Better project outcomes, 3) Reduced bias and increased diversity All of these trends point to an increased need for an effective flexible workforce management programme that can help to connect skills with talent supply whether it is contractors, freelancers and alumni, which is where YunoJuno can help.
