Well known online #fashion company looking for their next HQ for production and operations had seen over 8 different sites through other agents and none had hit the mark. Nancy Stergiopoulos was referred by another fashion company who she had worked with successfully finding space 2 weeks prior. After speaking with the team and thoroughly understanding what is needed and what isn’t, Nancy recommended just 2 sites. After just 1 week and 2 viewings our clients had signed and paid their deposit on a c.1,700 sq ft all inclusive #office floor including full fit out. Testament to Nancy and proof of completely and utterly making sure she understood the important details that others so often miss! Leading sunglasses manufacturer searching for a new HQ in #Waterloo had engaged with multiple agents and viewed over 7 different sites.
