Last week, our Director of Global Engineering, Environment & Health & Safety, along with our Global Facilities and Engineering Manager, CSS, visited our Buenos Aires World Courier facility. Their goal? To explore new technology for our temperature-controlled packaging and assess our current premises as we prepare for upcoming growth. We also conducted our second Gemba walk with the global team, taking a close look at our storage areas. It’s inspiring to see how many new ideas and challenges lie ahead. Working alongside such talented individuals makes everything feel achievable. Together, with clear goals and a willingness to help one another, we can tackle anything! As we kick off FY25, we’re excited about the growth opportunities ahead. The visit was invaluable, and we’re eager to implement new solutions that will significantly enhance our operations. Incorporating new technologies into our processes is crucial. It not only streamlines our operations but also ensures we maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. By embracing innovation, we can better serve our clients and improve our overall impact.
