    Generative AI has the potential to be used in all types of jobs - OpenAI’s research estimates that 80% of jobs can incorporate Gen AI technology and capabilities into activities that happen today in work, according to a McKinsey & Co, June 2023 Study. Winmark invites you to join us for a virtual roundtable, on the morning of 17th September, to discuss ‘Ethical AI Adoption for HR Transformation’, focusing on key areas such as current UK legislation vs. ‘guidance’, the human vs. process-oriented approach, as well monitoring AI from a practical perspective (both the good and the challenges).     🌟📢 Pension Trustee Chair Pay We partnered with Winmark to produce the latest Trustee remuneration report packed with insights. 💡 At high-level: 💰Let’s talk money: Despite nominal increases, real pay has dipped. Yet, a hopeful 48% of respondents anticipate an increase in 2024. Female 👩💼 respondents appear to earn more than their male counterparts, as do those with a legal ⚖️or accountancy background. ⏰Clocking in on time allocation: Chairs are swamped with meetings, leaving little time for strategic conversations. With increased focus on end-game and risk management, we might see this shift, but with Chairs feeling the squeeze 🍋 (27% reckon they’re short on time, compared to a mere 5% in 2019) it could be time to spread the load. 🌍 Diversity & Succession planning: Initiatives like revamping recruitment and trusteeship practices are gaining traction. 🚀 But here’s the hurdle: a whopping 92% cite a lack of diverse applicants as a barrier. 🚧 It’s clear we need to widen the talent pool and jazz up the appeal of trustee roles. 💃 Let’s keep the conversation going and pave the way for a more inclusive and effective future in trusteeship! 🌟 Our article linked below talks through these key findings in more detail.  https://lnkd.in/evshfE_W #wtwperspective #wtwlife #pensions #Trustees #TrusteeRemuneration
