🌟📢 Pension Trustee Chair Pay We partnered with Winmark to produce the latest Trustee remuneration report packed with insights. 💡 At high-level: 💰Let’s talk money: Despite nominal increases, real pay has dipped. Yet, a hopeful 48% of respondents anticipate an increase in 2024. Female 👩💼 respondents appear to earn more than their male counterparts, as do those with a legal ⚖️or accountancy background. ⏰Clocking in on time allocation: Chairs are swamped with meetings, leaving little time for strategic conversations.
