Our ?What If! team in London (George Brain, Olivia Palacci and Maria Francisca Jorge) brought our full suite of ?What If! tools, methodologies, and mindsets to bring a unique perspective to what a fit for purpose strategy for Meaningful Work will look like in 2030, co-creating with Ys from across 8 countries, in addition to leveraging a network of internal and external SMAs. It’s incredibly exciting to see how the strategy has been adopted and is evolving across Ys around the world.
