𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Last week, as part of our ongoing commitment to well-being, we marked 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 with a full week of exciting activities.🧠 Throughout the week, we shared knowledge on the importance of mental health in the workplace and encouraged everyone to participate in a variety of activities we set up, including: 🧘♀️ Yoga 🚶♂️ A mindfulness walk 🍕 Lunch and talking sessions 🛀 A bath bomb-making workshop These events gave everyone a chance to relax, reflect, and connect, reinforcing the importance of self-care and open communication. Our HR Manager Charlotte Orme Chartered MCIPD said: "At Walsh, we cultivate a supportive environment where open conversations about mental health and wellbeing are encouraged every day, not just during Mental Health Awareness Week." Finally, a big thank you to our Mental Health First Aiders: Charlotte, Jacqui, Eoin and Fred for their ongoing support and dedication to mental health.
