Team Vitality love a lunchtime HIIT class! 🙌🎵 In preparation for 'Steptember' - Team Vitality's annual step challenge, where teams take part in a virtual walking tour and battle it out for the title of 'Steptember champions' - our marketing team took part in a HIIT class! Ran by our very own Olivia and Katie, the 20 minute class got our Marketing Team's endorphins flowing, boosted the teams mood and gave them an opportunity to connect with colleagues!
