Another hat trick for DPD at the Motor Transport Awards! Last night at the Motor Transport Awards, DPD took home three trophies, marking our third hat trick in a row at the MTAs. We’re delighted to say that on the night, we won the prestigious Customer Care award, along with the Best Use of Technology and Urban Operator of the Year awards. The Customer Care award is particularly special for us, and our use of robot deliveries and our innovative out-of-home network shows that we’re leading the way in forward-thinking parcel delivery. We will continue to invest in our people, our service and new innovation to continue giving customers an amazing delivery experience.
