This means we are equipped to support our colleagues and friends by recognising signs of mental health challenges and providing the right guidance and care. Mental wellbeing is at the core of our working culture, whether through our open-door policy, encouraging time away from screens, or just having a friendly chat over coffee. We want to ensure everyone at Vekta feels heard, valued, and supported.
