We were honoured to be invited by Marks and Spencer as one of their PAI direct contractors to participate in a charity 5 a-side football tournament in Leeds. The event was held to support YoungMinds, a charity that specialises in providing mental health support to young people. Thanks to our sponsors, Universal Building Specialists Ltd and Universal M&E. We think you'll agree our team looked professional and ready to play, in branded kits. A great time was had by all fifteen teams that took part, and we're proud to have had the opportunity to help towards the £6500 that was raised for such a great cause. I had the pleasure of attending the FM Connect event yesterday evening with the Universal Building Specialists Ltd team. It was an exceptional evening filled with insightful discussions and meaningful connections. One of the standout topics covered was #AuthenticLeadership. As we gain confidence in who we are, we naturally evolve into more authentic leaders, understanding that true leadership stems from genuine self-awareness and integrity.
