About us
Ukrainian Action is a volunteer-based UK charity and US 501c(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting the survival and recovery of Ukraine. We focus on four main areas: (1) Emergency Support (2) Humanitarian Aid (3) Rehabilitation (4) Recovery Our volunteers regularly drive vehicles such as pickup trucks and ambulances filled with humanitarian aid and medical supplies to Ukraine from the UK. Since February 2022, we have added 40 volunteer staff to organise over 60 humanitarian aid convoys from the UK to Ukraine, welcoming over 350 volunteer drivers to deliver over 320 emergency response vehicles to Ukraine. In February 2024, we launched the Ukrainian Action Heroes rehabilitation program, teaching veterans to ski & snowboard in the Carpathian Mountains. Contact us to volunteer or donate. All funds raised will continue to directly support our mission.

One year ago today, a team of twelve volunteers from Rendall & Rittner completed convoy 45 with Ukrainian Action. Our volunteers drove six pick-up trucks, that the company sponsored, 1,000 miles from London over three days, transporting essential aid for Ukraine. Here, the vehicles and supplies donated were handed over to volunteers from Ukrainian Action to be transported to locations where they were most needed, principally for medical evacuations. In addition we had tremendous engagement and goodwill from our clients, employees and suppliers to our initiative with UA and £28,000 was donated via Just Giving. Thank you again to everyone who supported it! Following our convoy, we received some fantastic feedback from Jeff Hartman, the founder of Ukrainian Action: "We are very appreciative of the vital support of Rendall & Rittner. Together, we are protecting lives and making a difference to numerous Ukrainians who are affected by the continuing humanitarian crisis. Your generous involvement and support enables us to continue providing essential provisions to those who are most vulnerable, and the vehicles are being used to deliver supplies and to help the wounded which will increase the likelihood of their survival. Thank you to everyone at your company!" Watch the video below to hear from Jeff. We are delighted to keep supporting their vital work in 2024! #SupportUkraine #UkrainianAction #Charity #Volunteering #RendallandRittner

The film tells the story of Taras, a professional Ukrainian snowboarder who went to war, experienced traumas, and returned to the Carpathian Mountains to heal and find solace. His story inspired the Ukrainian Action Heroes rehabilitation program, teaching war veterans to ski & snowboard which has welcomed 33 veterans in 2024. Please reach out if you would like more information, or are in North America/Canada and would like to meet this month and discuss taking action to support Ukraine. We were honoured to have met and spoken with him on the podcast, and send our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues, and the many listeners of the podc
