Wednesday we welcomed Alex and Leo from Shentons Solicitors to the kitchen for a volunteer session. The conversations were flowing of all things Trinity, Family Law and football - plus a yummy cake courtesy of Leo! 👍 It was also a pleasure to welcome Trinity to Trinity! (who also lives in Winchester) who joined us from Newbury Building Society for another session. She worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a delicious meal for our clients. We regularly collect and report statistics, using them to monitor our performance and inform decisions on best practice. To give you a snapshot - in the last 3 months our housing team... Have received 25 referrals for new residents. Have housed 5 new individuals across Alleyne House and Bradbury View. The average length of stay is 13 months (Bradbury View) and 4 months (Alleyne House). In addition to our residents, our Housing Coach has supported 26 people to maintain their current property.
