Impressive week 1 stats 👏👏

At Scientific Group, we believe that small actions can lead to big changes. That's why we're encouraging our colleagues to step away from their screens and embrace the outdoors through our October walking challenge. 🚶♀️🌿 We’ve partnered with Treekly® to plant trees with our steps, and in the first week we've already supported the planting of over 200 trees in Mombasa, Kenya! Regular breaks, fresh air, and a bit of movement can make a world of difference to our minds and bodies, and today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, we’re reminded of the importance of taking these moments to support our mental well-being. Our teams across Europe, Africa, and APAC are making incredible progress in the Treekly® 30-Day Challenge! We’re halfway through, and so far, the SLR team has planted over 3,500 mangrove trees! 🌳   Each mangrove planted supports a project that not only provides local communities with wages above the living standard to plant and protect these trees but also serves as a sustainable source of income. We’ve partnered with the Treekly® app, taking on a 30-Day Challenge to turn our footsteps into forests alongside our teams in Africa and APAC! 🌳 As well as a fantastic initiative to boost physical and mental health for our community, the Treekly app works with various reforestation projects around the globe to convert our steps into planted trees. For 30 days starting on the 18th of September, for every 5,000 steps we take a day, Treekly will plant a mangrove tree. They will be planted in Kenya, at Treekly’s Mteza Creek reforestation project, aligned to 10 of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Helping to fight deforestation, protect ecosystems, and provide fair employment for the communities that plant them. We've partnered with Treekly® in our next step towards a greener future🌱 🌍 All of our colleagues now have access to the Treekly app which will monitor their daily steps. Week 3 - and our teams are still going strong in our Treekly® Challenge.
