Trebor Developments News: Trebor Developments LLP and Hillwood have completed the sale of their investment in a 55,000 sq ft logistics warehouse in Telford let to DHL on a 15 year term.  The sale to Soor Capital was agreed in August and completed in 5 weeks, being a prime development completed by Trebor and Hillwood in 2023 in the established Hortonwood area of Telford. The transaction represented an off-market deal. Trebor Developments News: Trebor and Hillwood are pleased to announce that we have let Unit 7 at Access @ Eastern Gateway Ipswich, comprising 33,139 sq ft, to a confidential national distributor. The occupier, who wishes to remain confidential at this stage, has taken immediate occupation following the speculative scheme’s completion earlier this summer. Having worked closely with the occupier to undertake a fast-track legal process within five weeks, we're delighted to welcome them to the scheme. Four units remain, ranging from 12,897 to 52,491 sq ft, and are available for immediate occupation.  The total scheme provides 160,782 sq ft of new build accommodation for Ipswich which has been built to the highest specification, including having achieved BREEAM “Excellent” certification and EPC "A".  The fully speculative multi-unit development is located on Ipswich’s premier commercial park and was acquired by Trebor Developments LLP and Hillwood from Ipswich Borough Council.
