🎨 | Our next exhibition at Torbay Hospital’s HeArts gallery opening Tuesday 12 November will be Something Other, Somewhere Else; paintings by Mark Jessett. Mark is a semi-abstract painter and maker of things, and his painting is colourful, abundant and immersive, drawing on nature and made from a place of optimism. For his exhibition at Torbay Hospital, Mark presents new, old and updated works from rediscovered corners of his personal landscape.

Seamus is a leading specialist who will present and answer questions on urology and his own expertise in and work on prostate disease. All members of the public and our colleagues are welcome to attend. The event is free of charge, will last approximately an hour and will also be livestreamed. 🎂 | Our breast care team held a lovely event on Friday to celebrate 20 years of the breast screening programme in our area 🎉 They were joined by current staff and executives, those who had worked for the team over the decades, representatives from our incredibly generous Torbay Hospital League of Friends, some of the first patients screened when the service was launched, and MP for Newton Abbot, Martin Wrigley. What a fabulous occassion to round off Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
