About us
We’re building workplaces of the future, where all genders can thrive. We are a social enterprise that partners with local charities to deliver training on key gender equality topics to businesses around the world. We’re not afraid to tackle taboo issues, in fact we believe this is where the most progress can be made. Our expert-led training sessions are tailored to the needs of your organisation and designed to educate employees, equip senior leadership and empower HR teams with the tools to support employees and respond to the challenges that they face in and out of the workplace. We offer guidance on implementing policies on gender issues, alongside access to our digital education platform Thrive+, to create lasting change that benefits business and the wider community. We’re proud of the community we've built at Thrive. We currently have a global network of over 25 Law Changers promoting gender equality in their respective countries and a Research Hub that informs our publications, including our groundbreaking ‘Shadow Pandemic’ report which tracked the impact of COVID-19 on levels of domestic abuse in 186 countries worldwide. Collaborative Growth in the Mentoring Circle: "The mentoring circle has truly been a great opportunity to learn from each other. It did not feel like the traditional mentor - mentee structure but rather like a group of wonderful, inspiring women that got to grow alongside one another". - Johanna Guettler, Mentoring Circle Member #Mentorship #MentoringCircle #WomenSupportingWomen
-
Personal Growth Through Mentorship: "Being part of Thrive’s mentoring circle has been an enormous help to me in so many ways. The support offered by Dana, Thrive and other mentees has been invaluable as I’ve been navigating the start of my career in law. The topics covered are always thought provoking, and the group fosters a safe environment to air concerns and to think of practical solutions to any challenges we are facing at work". - Eve Bottallico, Mentoring Circle Member #MentoringCircle #Mentorship #WomenSupportingWomen

As a perspective, it is not a given how the two are related.
