Thorpe Building Consultancy was appointed by a Propco company as lead designer, quality monitor and acting as principal designer for the replacement of the existing insulation to obtain an EWS1 certificate for the property. In addition, we were appointed to negotiate the access arrangements over the adjacent properties.
