HMRC update and confirmation on EMI notifications (plus some other share scheme filing info). For EMI options granted on or after 6 April 2024, the 92 day deadline to notify no longer applies. You'll need to notify HMRC of any EMI option grants by 6 July following the end of the tax year in which the grant was made (the process for notification looks like it will otherwise be the same as it was before).
