This months Graduate Spotlight short interview is with Louisa Dixey, our Talent and Culture Graduate at The Landmark London. ✨ What is the role you play as part of The Landmark London team? "Since starting in July 2024, I have taken over organising our internal events for example our Welcome Day to introduce new team members to The Landmark London and Star Event where team members who have had birthdays, anniversaries or have been excelling particularly are rewarded. I look after students and graduates including through recruitment and wellbeing and I am responsible for various administrative duties that we perform in Talent & Culture. As the Graduate in Talent & Culture, I also regularly communicate and interact with our Executive Committee and Heads of Department which has been fantastic." ✨ What skills have you learnt whilst being at the hotel? "Time management, organisation, interviewing techniques, presentation techniques, the list could go on. Working in Talent & Culture requires such a wide range of skills and I have really enjoyed learning acquiring these and improving skills I already had." ✨ Would you recommend joining The Landmark London team to anyone thinking of joining the hospitality industry? "Yes, definitely. I have been given far more responsibility than I expected which has pushed me and given me a lot of confidence.
