Good Nature (Holly Greenman - FCG WhiteAvon) I recently listened to a podcast interview with Doctor Kathy Willis, Professor of Biodiversity at Oxford University, about her new book tilted ‘Good Nature’. The content of the podcast (called the Women’s Health & Happiness Podcast and available across all main streaming platforms- Episode 34 if you want to hear from yours truly!) immediately excited me; a scientific professional providing verified and peer- reviewed statistics proving unequivocally the value of nature on our health and wellbeing.
