We are excited to announce the launch of our nationwide mental health campaign "Milkar" today in partnership with the MIR KHALIL UR REHMAN FOUNDATION INC which will reach over 100 million people in #Pakistan over the next year. We aim to spread vital mental health awareness and lead to sustainable and systemic change across the whole country.

At SAJIDA Foundation, we believe mental health is essential for a thriving workplace. Through our Moner Kotha initiative supported by British Asian Trust and Primark Bangladesh, we are undertaking a new approach to mental health support in Bangladesh’s garment sector. By offering awareness programmes, training & counselling, we are empowering 2,500 workers to manage stress and enhance their overall well-being.
