How does Tecknuovo's Delivery Practice create exceptional outcomes for our clients? We asked our Delivery Practice Lead, Kiera Battersby and our associates Rafique Mohammed and Anthony Freeman to share their thoughts. Three points stand out: ➡️ Our unique associate model: our clients benefit from more than individuals' expertise. They unlock the collective knowledge of our associate pool, helping us seamlessly integrate with our clients and deliver results at pace. ➡️ Building enduring capability: We build our clients' internal capabilities from the outset through our Zero Dependency framework, helping them save cost by giving them control of their technology delivery and strategy. ➡️ Shared knowledge and practice communities: our internal communities share and refine best practices and ways of working to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across every project. Want to know how this has helped deliver critical services for our clients? Head ot our website: https://lnkd.in/gEPW3FST

The risk of disrupting Critical National Infrastructure is high. But the risk of running it on legacy systems is higher. How can government get around this challenge? Our solution was to build a reusable platform of standardised patterns, which helped a major department build and deploy critical applications 77% faster. It's supporting Critical National Infrastructure, ensuring security and consistency, and making exponentially better use of taxpayers' money. Want to find out more? How can putting the user at the centre of design drive better business results? We spoke to three of our associates Kyle Layland, Luke Watson and Tim Wolf about how they are implementing user-centred design in their roles to deliver stronger outcomes for our customers. Here are three of our key takeaways: 💡 Success starts with the user: Building based assumptions is expensive. By adopting a UCD approach, businesses can truly understand their users' needs and build solutions that solve real problems. 💡 Inclusive and accessible by design: It’s not just about commercial advantage, but moral responsibility. Companies should ensure their products are inclusive, accessible, and meet the needs of everyone to benefit both the user and the business. 💡 A cultural shift for long-term impact: By maturing UCD practices, businesses can develop tools, processes, and mindsets that put the user first to drive meaningful change. We’d love to hear your experiences with UCD vs traditional design processes down below. #UCD #usercentreddesign

We’ve had an incredible two days at the Central Gov Partnership Network (CGPN) event. We met with senior leaders from across Central Government departments to discuss the challenges they are facing, and how our radical approach to consulting could help to eliminate supplier dependency, changing the way they deliver digital services for good. A huge thank you to all the leaders we met with and got to know over the past two days, and to the Partnership Network Events (PNE) team for putting on such a productive and enjoyable event! 🚀

How can central government departments reshape their relationship with suppliers to reduce consultancy spend, drive increased value for taxpayers and build enduring capability for the future? Through our Zero Dependency framework, we are already helping major government organisations like HM Revenue & Customs, Department for Education and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to change the way they deliver digital services by addressing these challenges. We are excited to have these discussions with senior leaders at the Central Gov Partnership Network (CGPN) event on 8-9 October. Check out the agenda here: https://lnkd.in/enreUda4 #CGPN #centralgovernment #publicsector
