Once we’ve established this, we spend our time ensuring that they are the right personal fit for our client. Raw intellect, as well as charisma and ambition, are our priorities. Our network is built on human relationships and a strong belief in the symbiotic nature of our work with candidate and client. To support this, we place our two founders, Richard Taylor and Chris Jones, at the heart of each process.
