🚨 Scammers Alert! 🚨 We are aware of active scammers who target job seekers by advertising fake roles or posing as recruitment agencies to obtain their personal or financial information. These scammers unlawfully use our Tate name and logo to deceive you. Recently, we have noticed an increase in scammers on Facebook falsely claiming to work for Tate Recruitment. These individuals advertise fake job openings on the platform, and when applicants apply, they send a video requesting a deposit of funds to proceed with the application process. Please be aware that Tate Recruitment would NEVER ask for money to apply for or secure a job with us. Here are some other red flags to help you spot a potential scam: ⚠ They ask for money, such as an administration fee. Tate will never ask you to pay us to find work. ⚠ The job descriptions are poorly written. ⚠ Emails come from generic addresses, such as Hotmail or Gmail. ⚠ You are offered a role without an interview. If you suspect any contact claiming to be from Tate, please take their contact details and verify the legitimacy by contacting your nearest Tate location. Stay vigilant and protect your information! https://lnkd.in/dvMaAj4n #scammers #stayalert #stayvigilant

Future-Ready Skills for People Professionals The role of People professionals is evolving rapidly, with learning cultures, leadership development, DEI, and technology driving transformation. As workforce demographics shift and jobs evolve, professionals need to develop a range of skills ready for the future. However, no single person can be an expert in all areas. Success comes from building strong collaborative teams and leveraging individual strengths. Based on insights from LinkedIn’s UK Talent Trends 2023, Deloitte, Gartner, and the World Economic Forum, here are the key areas to focus on: 🚀 People Analytics - It is crucial to leverage data to make informed talent management decisions. HR departments that use people analytics are significantly improving employee retention and engagement. 🚀 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) - Creating inclusive environments that promote equity and diversity is essential for attracting and retaining top talent. People professionals should lead DEI initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion. 🚀 Learning Cultures - LinkedIn’s UK Talent Trends 2023 shows that companies with strong learning cultures outperform their peers. Fostering continuous learning, upskilling, and reskilling opportunities should be a priority. 🚀 Workforce Planning & Leadership Development - With an ageing population and evolving roles, workforce planning is crucial. People Professionals should focus on leadership development, skills, and career paths that align with future organisational needs. 🚀 Digital HR Tools - As automation grows, mastering tools like Workday, BambooHR, and AI-driven platforms is essential. But not every People Professional needs to be a tech expert—partnering with specialists can drive success. 🚀 Employee Wellbeing - Wellbeing programs are now a top focus, with more People leaders in the UK implementing initiatives to combat burnout and improve retention. This area requires collaboration across teams to create a holistic approach. CV Tip: Highlight your strengths in people technologies, DEI, leadership, or learning cultures, but also emphasise your ability to collaborate with other experts. Showcase measurable outcomes from programs you’ve implemented, whether in employee engagement, DEI efforts, or well-being initiatives. #PeopleCareers #FutureSkills #LearningCulture #PeopleAnalytics #HR #LeadershipDevelopment Links to valuable resources have been shared in the comments.

Job Seekers - Optimise Your LinkedIn Profile for Recruiters 🚀 Working in recruitment, you can spend countless hours sourcing and headhunting talent for specific roles. One of my biggest concerns is that without the correct information on your profile, I could miss out on finding you! To help you stand out and ensure recruiters like me notice you, here are three essential tips: 1️⃣ Master Your Keywords - Like using Google to search for a product or service, recruiters rely on keywords to find suitable candidates. Use industry-specific keywords in your summary, job titles, and descriptions. Don't forget the 'Skills' section – these act as keywords, too, and can boost your visibility in search results. Be specific and deliberate with your words! 2️⃣ Optimise Your 'Open to Work' Section - You have two options to show you're open to work: a public banner or a more discreet setting that only recruiters can see. Whichever you choose, clearly state the type of work you seek (full-time, part-time, remote, etc.) and consider adding your salary expectations in any of the free text sections. Providing this level of detail can prevent missed connections and save time for everyone involved. 3️⃣ Provide Details About Your Experience - For each role you've held, go beyond just listing responsibilities—give recruiters a clear picture of your experience. Include the scale and scope of your role, the industry, and the company's size. Share measurable achievements where possible - this helps us quickly understand your background without needing to research every detail, which can make all the difference in whether we contact you or not. 💡 Without these details, there's a risk that recruiters like me could overlook your profile—even if you're a perfect fit for the role. Help us help you by making your profile as clear and detailed as possible. Happy job hunting! 💪 #JobSearchTips #LinkedInTips #RecruiterAdvice #OpenToWork
