    Exciting news to share! Since my college days, I’ve always been interested in the product lifecycle and have fed into the development of many exciting products and services over the years. I’m grateful to announce my transition into the role of Product Director at Talewind! 🎉 In this new position, I’ll be focusing on product, marketing, and production. Thanks to Michael Allender-Manners and Georgina Felce 🔜 RDC for acknowledging and indulging my passions for all things product. I’ll also be attending RDC this year with both Talewind and VirtuIRL .     July marks Disability Pride Month in the UK, an opportunity to raise awareness of disabilities, start positive conversations and celebrate the diversity and differences of the disabled community 💛 It's no secret that accessibility can be a barrier for those with disabilities to enter the world of gaming, and there is some great work carried out by organisations and charities such as SpecialEffect and Can I Play That? to combat these issues.     In another win for parents, it'll soon be easier to judge whether a Roblox game is suitable for their child by a list of 'content labels' instead of the existing 'experience guidelines'. This means you'll be able to easily see the themes explored in a game at a glance. In addition to this, in acknowledgement of the different rate at which children develop, Roblox is updating the 'age guidelines' to 'content maturity' so that users can more easily judge to what degree the themes are explored.
