A huge shoutout to our team members who are always keen to support talent, whether it's in the design studio or on the global stage. 💪
Wish I'd been working at the DeepView Paris hub last week, where our (very talented!) design team are based - it would have been great to join Andrew O'Grogan in cheering on the amazing Bly Twomey, our 'little legend' table tennis player from the local community. At just 14, she's already an Olympic Champion. Huge congratulations, Bly - you're an inspiration to us all! 🏓 🥉 🥉 https://lnkd.in/enTwdeKx #TeamGB #ParalympicsGB #Paris2024 #winner #parishub

We'll miss you Saran!🤗
Hey Everyone! After spending a splendid 4 months at DeepView, I’ve decided to follow my long-term passion of becoming an Entrepreneur and kick-starting my Baking Business. This was a hard decision to make because I love working at DeepView - a company with a great culture, peers and of course has a great Leader Catherine Parry. I personally want to thank Catherine Parry and let her know how much I love working in her vibrant company. She's a great leader but also humble and supportive. I have learnt a lot from her that will help in my Entrepreneurial journey. Secondly want to Thank my team (@Oyin, @Bisi, @Michelle, @Maggie etc) who were very helpful, trustworthy and ensured I was aware of all the processes. I learnt a lot and I am surely going to miss you all. This journey (although short) wouldn’t have been this interesting without y’all. I strongly recommend anyone looking to work in a vibrant company, please lookout for roles available DeepView #DeepView #MovingOn #StartOfEntrepreneurialJourney

For all the Paralympians out in Paris, good luck! 🙌🍀💐 #Paralympics2024
“There's so much potential when we give people the opportunities to access jobs on an equal basis with everybody else.” Paralympic gold and bronze medalist at Rio and London, Susannah Rodgers MBE PLY has been working globally on disability inclusion. On joining the FCDO in 2020 Susie has worked in the Energy, Climate and Environment Directorate and is currently in the Disability Inclusion Team in the Gender and Equalities Department, developing strategies and programmes to mainstream disability inclusion internally and externally. “There's huge potential to really move away from exclusion and move towards leaving no one behind” With the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games opening today, Susie sat down for a conversation with Foreign Secretary David Lammy to talk about the work she does at the FCDO and the moment she realised she’d won gold.

A big shout out to our incredible team in India! Your dedication, teamwork, and collaboration have been pivotal in driving DeepView's success. We’re grateful for your unwavering commitment! 🙌 #Teamwork #Collaboration #Innovation #SuccessTogether #DeepView #Leadership #GlobalTeamwork #CommitmentToExcellence
When you need to make technology that genuinely works and brings value and security for your clients, behind it, you need a team of stable, loyal people who work well together. Here are three of my top tips for developing such a team: 1. Align Goals Beyond Business Objectives Understanding your employees' personal aspirations is crucial. Engage in conversations about their 2, 5, and 10-year plans and align the company's values and goals accordingly. Whether an employee aims to retire in five years or pursue a different career path, accommodating their ambitions fosters loyalty and commitment. 2. Prioritise Time-Off While tech businesses often operate around the clock, it's vital to encourage your core team to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Support set working hours, such as finishing at 5pm and avoiding weekend work. Extend similar support to your out-of-hours teams to ensure they also benefit from adequate rest and recuperation. 3. Embrace Mistakes as Growth Opportunities As Sir John Timpson CBE wisely said, “If you’re not making three mistakes a day, you’re not trying hard enough.” At DeepView , we cultivate an open and honest culture where mistakes are seen as natural by-products of hard work and innovation. This approach allows for the quick transformation of errors into solutions and breakthroughs. Open communication fosters agility and accelerates technological advancements in our industry. By focusing on these principles, we create an environment where our team can thrive, leading to superior technology solutions for our clients. Shout out to our dedicated team in India, whose commitment and collaboration has been instrumental in our success. #TechLeadership #TeamBuilding #InnovationCulture #WorkLifeBalance #EmployeeEngagement #TechIndustry #DeepView #LeadershipTips
