We recently got a call from a client about writing a Will. This isn't out of the ordinary. What's not so common is that our client is 18 years old. Most of our clients are over 45 but some begin the process after these typical events: - the purchase of a house - having children - wanting to ensure unmarried partners benefit - wanting to choose who deals with your estate - wanting to disinherit people - to make specific gifts - to make provision for charities or to provide for vulnerable people. This client is certainly 'wise beyond their years'.
